Greg Carlton, chief of the Division of Plant Industry’s Bureau of Pest Eradication and Control, provides an update on the Citrus Health Management Areas (CHMAs) that let citrus growers cooperatively battle HLB-spreading psyllids. 
He says CHMAs could provide the framework for battling future industry pests and diseases as well.
