Discussion Leads to a Recommendation by PRVCGA Board

The Florida Citrus Commission is scheduled to vote on the FDOC’s Box Tax Proposal at their June meeting. Grower organizations have been discussing their view of the department’s proposals, and after a long meeting of the Peace River Vally Citrus Growers Association Board late last week, they decided to make a recommendation at that June FCC meeting. In the following reports, Babara Carlton from the PRVCGA explains the board’s views and what they decided on.
