AL Livestock Market Report:

At Alabama Livestock Auctions receipts at 21 markets totaled an estimated 12,800 head compared to 11,266 last week and 9,968 a year ago. Compared to one week ago. Slaughter classes sold mostly steady to 2.00 higher. Feeder classes sold mostly steady to 3.00 higher. Trade active with good demand on feeders.

Compared to one week ago: Slaughter cows and bulls mostly steady, instances 2.00 higher.  Feeder classes mostly steady. Replacement cows steady to firm. Year to date receipts totaled 90,432 compared to 87,447 a year ago.
