The Florida Cattlemen’s Association (FCA) will be holding their Year End Quarterly Meeting this week. The two-day event, December 1-2, will take place in West Port St. Lucie at the STEM Center building at Indian River State College, Pruitt Campus.
It kicks off Thursday morning at 7:00 with a Legislative Committee Meeting. The FCA Executive Board Meeting starts at 8:30am with the Allied Committee meeting at 10:00am. Then at 1:00pm, theFCA Opening General Session will take place, with committee meetings filling out the afternoon. The various committee meetings include Youth, Ag Research and Education, Animal Health and Inspection, Environmental & Private Lands, Marketing, Public Relations and Membership.
The Florida Cattlewomen will also be meet that afternoon as their Executive Board Meeting starts at 3:00. And then to wrap up Thursday’s events, the Florida Cattlemen’s Steak-Out starts at 6:00pm at the Bull Hammock Ranch inIndiantown, hosted by the St. Lucie County Cattlemen’s & Cattlewomen Associations.
TheFCA Year-End meeting wraps up Friday with the FCA Past Presidents/Executive Committee Breakfast at 7:00am, and the FCW Board of Directors Meeting and FCA Board of Directors Meeting both at 8:30am.
