May is Beef Month in Georgia, and the Georgia Beef Board (GBB) has a variety of promotions taking place this month to get the beef message out to consumers across the state. But having an extra hand on the local level is always appreciated. GBB Director of Public Relations, Taylor Evans, says they are always excited to know county Cattlemen’s Chapters are interested in helping promote the message during Beef Month.
In the April issue of the Georgia Cattleman Magazine, on page 55 there is a list of the materials available to help in your local efforts to promote May Beef Month. Taylor notes the month-long efforts are to encourage consumers to eat more beef.
