According to a release from the Georgia Peanut Commission (GPC), the Georgia Peanut Tour Committee met and decided to cancel the 2021 Georgia Peanut Tour. It was noted they felt it was in the best interest of everyone’s safety with the uptick in COVID cases.
But they noted that hopefully a tour will be held in September 2022. In the meantime, work will continue to produce a great crop of high quality Georgia peanuts, and they look forward to you joining everyone next year.
For those who already registered for this year’s tour, details will be sent directly to you from GPC’s Hannah Jones regarding registration refunds or rolling forward to the 2022 tour registration.
