It was a two-hour long video of a Beef Prime Rib Roast slowly cooking over an open flame. This year, the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA), a contractor to the Beef Checkoff, brought it back again. Georgia Beef Board (GBB) Director of Public Relations, Taylor Evans, reminds consumers to enjoy the video this holiday season.
Plus, for the first time since 2003, Beef Checkoff-funded advertisements and the iconic brand have been in television this month airing a limited number of ads during the Hallmark Channel’s Countdown to Christmas movies.
