Beef tongue has more value in Japan for U.S. producers. The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) recently visited Sendai, Japan, a location that’s key for U.S. beef producers because of the value of beef tongue. USMEF Vice President of Industry Relations John Hinners explains the value and talks about their trip in this report from Joe Shuele.
