We told you two weeks ago that the Florida Beef Council (FBC) would be attending the Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Conference on Marco Island. DeAnne Maples, FBC director of beef marketing and promotion, says the council was there to make sure dieticians had the most current information about lean beef.
