Lesser cornstalk borer (LCB) infestations have been found in southern Georgia peanut fields, nearly a month ahead of average. FMC Regional Tech Service Manager Bruce Stripling told Southeast AgNet’s Randall Weiseman that LCB is considered an occasional pest.
