Perdue Discusses Timber Destruction Following Hurricane Michael

U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue visited Bristol, Florida, today to host a listening session following Hurricane Michael.

The biggest topic of the session was timber. Timber was severely impacted in the wrath of Michael, and the industry wants answers on how it can get help to rebuild.

After stopping in Bristol, Perdue continued his travels to Gordon, Alabama, and Donalsonville, Georgia, to hear from more members of the agriculture industry who suffered losses in Hurricane Michael.
