The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) is reminding farmers and ranchers that now is the time to return forms they may still have for the 2017 Census of Agriculture. NASS Southern Region Director Jim Ewing urges producers to return their completed Census questionnaires. And to do so as soon as possible in order to avoid follow-up phone calls or in-person visits, which they’ve already started.
