The Trade Show Opening Reception will be Tuesday evening, June 19, while the Cattlemen’s Banquet will be held on Thursday, June 21. A variety of events will take place in between.

Silent auction drop off day. Mrs. Hobby will be setting up and accepting donations all day.
Tuesday, June 19
Silent auction open for viewing and bidding (1 p.m.-5 p.m.)
Wednesday, June 20
Silent auction open for viewing and bidding (9 a.m.)
Thursday, June 21
Silent auction open for viewing and bidding (8 a.m.-10 a.m.)
Pick up and payment (10 a.m.-1 p.m.)
If you do not pick up (or have made prior arrangements) and pay for items purchased from the silent auction by 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 21, you will be charged a shipping and handling fee for delivery of your purchase.
