House Agriculture Committee Chairman Mike Conaway released his draft of the new farm bill last Thursday, known as the Agriculture and Nutrition Act of 2018, or HR-2. During a teleconference, Conaway noted the bill makes changes to conservation programs, including the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) and Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP).
