Everett Griner talks about California disasters in today’s Agri View. California is where most of our grapes are grown. The reason is simple. It is where most of our wine is made, mostly. Everett tells us about the drought hurting all of California’s agriculture. The destructive fires destroyed the vineyards in the north, but also the wineries. But, there was a bright spot, if there is such a thing, to all of this destruction. Everett explains that reports are telling us that almost 90 percent of the crop had been harvested when the fires hit.
