Harvey, as both a hurricane and a tropical storm, has and continues to wreak havoc in many areas of the South. Rain bands, some heavy, are reaching out to parts of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia, but some of the heaviest have of course been in Texas and Louisiana. National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) Senior Vice President of Government Affairs, Colin Woodall, says this is a significant disaster.
