Mark Hudson with USDA/NASS issued the January citrus crop forecast today. He stated that fruit size was a factor, and drop was somewhat of a factor in the change in the numbers this month from the previous month’s forecast.
The February citrus crop forecast is scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 12 noon and will be “live” here on SoutheastAgNet.com.
