The 37th annual Georgia Peanut Farm Show and Conference is underway at the University of Georgia Tifton Campus Conference Center. The one-day show, sponsored by the Georgia Peanut Commission in cooperation with the University of Georgia, runs until 4:30 this afternoon as more than 85 exhibitors are on hand. I talked with John Beasley, extension agronomist with the University of Georgia, about how the show is going.

Educational peanut production seminars will run from 9:00 a.m. until 2:20 p.m. followed by an industry seed seminar at 2:30 p.m. And yes, you can even enjoy a fresh, hot grilled peanut butter abd jelly sandwich. More information about today’s show can be found at www.gapeanuts.com.
