There has been more movement and a significant win for growers regarding the requirement of EPA Clean Water Act permits for use of pesticides in or near water as Don Parrish, regulatory specialist for the American Farm Bureau Federation, reports that the House Agriculture Committee unanimously passed the Reducing Regulatory Burdens Act.
