Over the past 15 to 20 years markets the U.S. cotton industry has seen many changes in their markets and vice president of market competition for Cotton Incorporated, Mike Watson, says one of the biggest is the fact that we were once using over 11 million bales domestically, but are now down to only around 3 and a half million with the rest going oversees.
