Despite the continued 20-month age restriction on eligible cattle, beef exports to Japan have maintained a steady growth over the first half of this year. But many still wonder where things stand in trying to get the beef export numbers to Japan back to where they once were, as Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack has an update on those efforts.
