Indian River Citrus League executive Doug Bournique has been nominated by Governor Charlie Crist to serve on the St Johns River Water Management District Board. Bournique has been a strong spokesman for this famous citrus region, and we expect he will ably understand and articulate the complex water issues facing this region of Florida.
