What is the high price for orange juice doing to consumption patterns? Will higher prices for growers hold, or will they collapse as the crops rebound? What influences will new plantings in other countries have on the market overall? I don’t do this very often, but I’m posting the entire interview we did today with Dr. Tom Spreen, Professor and Chair of the Food & Resource Economics Department at the University of Florida.
