In this report, more on USDA/NASS decision to re-count California and Arizona citrus crops a month earlier than usual, due to major 
changes expected in citrus supplies as a result of January freezes in those states. Also in this report, some comments about what Florida growers are seeing so far in the aftermath of recent cold weather, from incoming Peace River Valley Citrus Grower Association President Rowdy Bateman in DeSoto County.
