Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Andrew Wheeler attended last week’s Cattle Industry Convention. While there, he spoke to the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) Board of Directors about the repeal and replacement of the 2015 Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rule.
