During week two of the 2020 Florida legislative session, the Florida Cattlemen’s Association (FCA) held its annual Legislative Quarterly in Tallahassee. FCA Director of Governmental Affairs Sam Ard says the association’s members were able to sit in on the Senate Agricultural Appropriations Committee Meeting.
