New Farm Bill Should Include Strong Specialty Crop Provisions

Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack says one of the areas left a bit short-changed by the partial Farm Bill extension was specialty crops. But the secretary says that he is optimistic that our growers will see the programs they need when a new 5-Year Farm Bill is finally agreed upon.
