Citrus growers will have a unique opportunity to see up close the latest mechanization technology in the area of autonomous tractors, yield prediction, VRT spraying and disease detection at the “Advanced Mechanization Technologies for the Citrus Orchard of Tomorrow” field day on Nov. 16 at Southern Gardens Devils Garden Groves in Clewiston. This free field day is funded by the USDA and John Deere. Due to limited availability, registration (deadline: Nov. 9) will be on a first come, first serve basis.
