Everett Griner talks about the most popular food item in the world in today’s Agri View.
You know, you see a picture of a hamburger on the TV screen. You can just about bet that it will not be that big when you go in to order one. Still, you are buying the most popular food item in the world. Any way you look at it. It is the number one choice of food items sold in most restaurants.
Some places, the price of a hamburger can be as high as $12 dollars. That price would cover a slab of cheese, maybe a slice of bacon. A half jar of pickles, mayonnaise, or mustard and ketchup. At most burger joints one could order a chicken salad sandwich, a hot dog, or some other item on the menu for one-third to one-half the price for what you pay for that hamburger. Statistics show that most customers eat at least two, some eat three a week.
Well, now I know why I am different. For me, it is not more than one a month. What is wrong with me?
That’s Agri View for today. I’m Everett Griner…
