AL Livestock Market Report:
At the Alabama Livestock Auctions for the week ending November 18th, receipts at 21 markets was an estimated 18,000 head compared to 16,147 last week and 14,011 year ago. Compared to one week ago slaughter cows and bulls sold steady to 2.00 lower. All feeder classes sold mostly 2.00 to 5.00 higher. Trade was moderate with good demand on feeders.

Compared to one week earlier slaughter cows and bulls mostly steady, feeder steers steady to 2.00 higher, feeder bulls 1.00 to 3.00 higher, feeder heifers unevenly steady, steer calves 2.00 to 6.00 higher, bull calves 2.00 to 5.00 higher, heifer calves 2.00 to 4.00 higher, replacement cows unevenly steady.
