Everyone has heard Bing Crosby’s 1942 hit “I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas.” Well for most of the United States this year, a white Christmas will be nothing more than a dream. Record high temperatures and above normal rainfall in many parts of the Eastern US make up an unusual Christmas holiday forecast. USDA’s Rod Bain reports.
