While the drought continues to plaque pastures and rangelands in the southwestern parts of our country, that’s not the case elsewhere. As a matter of fact, USDA meteorologist Brad Rippey says their latest report on the condition of range and pastures in the U.S. shows some near record conditions in a few areas.
