The 62nd Annual Florida Beef Cattle Short Course will take place May 8-10 at the Alto and Patricia Straughn IFAS Extension Professional Development Center in Gainesville. The University of Florida/IFAS Department of Animal Sciences will address many of the issues facing the beef cattle industry today, including beef production issues, urban growth, global competition, changing consumer demands, and economic and environmental sustainability.
