At Alabama Livestock Auctions for the Week ended December 18, 2020, receipts at 21 markets totaled an estimated 15,500 head compared to 21,806 last week and 13,553 last year. Compared to one week ago: Slaughter and feeder cattle sold unevenly steady. Replacement cattle sold steady to firm. Trade light to moderate with moderate demand. Year to date receipts totaled 580,238 compared to 611,032 last year.
