The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries (ADAI) is encouraging producers who performed agriculture irrigation upgrades in the 2020 calendar year to complete the required irrigation questionnaire. ADAI Deputy Commissioner Hassey Brooks told Southeast AgNet’s Randall Weiseman, ADAI is responsible for collecting completed irrigation questionnaires from producers, but the Alabama Department of Revenue (ADOR) will issue the irrigation tax credits to eligible applicants.
