Last Thursday kicked off a 6-week campaign for the Beef Checkoff in Florida partnering with the Daytona International Speedway. DeAnne Maples, director of Education & Promotion for the Florida Beef Council (FBC), told Southeast AgNet’s Randall Weiseman the promotion features some race-day recipes.
