Cottonseed Companies Changing Hands

Under a Department of Justice agreement announced last week, Monsanto will be able to acquire Delta and Pine Land, pending the sale of Stoneville Pedigreed Seed Company to Bayer Crop Science, as well as the NexGenâ„¢ cotton seed brand to Americot.
