The Sunbelt Ag Expo may be based in Moultrie, Georgia, but its appeal is across the Southeast region.

Chip Blalock, Sunbelt Ag Expo Executive Director, discusses the impact this week’s three-day event has on the Southeast.

“It’s great to be back this week, live and in person. All of our friends from the Southeast are coming in to the show this year. Our top three states in terms of attendance are Georgia, of course, then Florida and Alabama. We reach across the entire Southeastern United States when it’s all said and done,” Blalock said.

“We have a grassroots network, via the Swisher Sunbelt Expo Southeastern Farmer of the Year program where we network throughout the Southeast for the three days of the show. But we do it the other 362 days of the year with the county Extension services, with the Farm Bureaus and Departments of Ag. We’re really appreciative of all of our friends from across the Southeast, especially in the deep southeast; Georgia, Florida and Alabama for making their way over this week.”
