The Florida Beef Council (FBC) is busy putting the finishing touches on a big Beef Checkoff promotional event coming next week. FBC Director of Education & Promotion DeAnne Maples says they have several folks from other states coming in to help out during the “Beef It’s What’s For Dinner 300” at the Daytona International Speedway.
