Seed coat fragments have popped up in various cotton fields across the Southeast, an issue that was discussed during last week’s Beltwide Cotton ConferencesNational Cotton Council (NCC) Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis, Jody Campiche, says the problem seems to be specifically related to hurricanes.
