During the Cattle Industry Summer Business Meeting held last month in Denver, various topics were discussed including trade, live cattle markets and more. National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) President Marty Smith told Southeast AgNet it was a great meeting.
During that meeting the Beef Industry Long Range Plan task force introduced a new five-year plan for 2021-2025. Updated every five years, the Long Range Plan is a tool designed to help the beef industry establish a common set of objectives and priorities. Learn more at ncba.org.
