The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) is holding their Spring Conference in Kansas City, Missouri this week. During the event, a media conference was held where USMEF President and CEO, Dan Halstrom, talked about the recent breakthroughs that are important to the U.S. red meat industry.
