Announces Partnership with Yummly

pork checkoffWith a focus on upgrading its digital footprint and connecting with consumers, the Pork Checkoff has launched a unique recipe partnership with the website and mobile app called Yummly. Yummly connects the right cook, with the right food and recipes, at the right time. Founded in 2010, today Yummly is a leading innovator in personalized recipes and meal solutions. National Pork Board vice president of domestic marketing Jarrod Sutton says these partnerships are important.

When consumers are shopping, Sutton says pork wants to be on that ‘mental shopping list.’ That can be done with a new partnership.

Sutton says the Pork Checkoff will capture meal trends with the way today’s cook is searching for information. More on this unique partnership will be found in the next Pork Checkoff report.

For more information, producers can contact the Pork Checkoff Service Center. Go to Pork-dot org or call 800-456-PORK. You may also learn more at Yummly.com.
