Friday June 16 marks the final day of the Florida FFA Convention, as well as the last day of William Jameson’s state presidency.

Jameson is Florida FFA’s 2016-2017 state president, and he says it has been an honor to serve the members of Florida FFA. “All 18,000 of them have been very special to my team and I,” he says. He adds that he and his fellow officers have made great efforts to interact with as many members as they could to make a difference in their experience with the FFA and in their lives.

Friday will also be officer elections and a new state president will be elected. Jameson advises the next president-elect to never take a moment for granted. “You’re going to have some long days and you’re going to have some tough days, but this year goes by so fast. So, live every moment of it and do everything you can to serve the members,” he concludes.
