Florida Citrus Mutual members and friends should not forget the barbecue lunch on Friday, October 9, at the Dark Hammock Legacy Ranch to commemorate the USDA’s initial crop estimate! It’s a great event to kick off the season and meet with industry colleagues. Plan to arrive at 11:15 a.m. Lunch starts at 11:30 a.m., and the estimate will be announced at noon.
As usual, there will be prizes awarded to the closest estimate prediction. There is also a clay shoot in the morning, but you do not have to participate to enjoy the lunch.
