Dr. Dick Phillips
During the “Peanut Hot Topics” night of the 2015 Georgia Peanut Tour, Dr. Dick Phillips spoke about the fate of probiotics in peanut butter. Dr. Phillips is a professor emeritus with the Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of Georgia Griffin campus. We spoke with him about how the idea for probiotic peanut butter came about.
