U.S. Cotton Production Forecast Down 18 Percent

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) released its September crop reports today, and Angie Considine with NASS in Washington, D.C., says cotton production this year will be down 18 percent compared to 2014.
