Developed by a Steering Committee, the Alabama Agriculture & Forestry Strategic Plan calls for a more cooperative relationship between business and government in the state. Dr. Gary Lemme, director of the Alabama Cooperative Extension System, promoted the plan in Dothan last week at an event sponsored by the Alabama Agribusiness Council.
