Leonard Jordan, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) associate chief for conservation, was in Columbus, Ga., this morning for a signing ceremony for a multi-state nationally funded Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP).
