Actual Florida citrus land sales in 2014 were listed in a report delivered to almost 300 landowners, including citrus growers, at the Florida Land Conference near Orlando on Friday. The conference was sponsored by Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) in Lakeland. CBCSRE agent Jeff Cusson discusses East Coast trends and prices in the first report. CBCSRE’s Richard Dempsey discusses the central Ridge and flatwoods in the second report.
